Midas

Max went above and beyond our expectations! We just stopped in to ask if they knew of anyone who took care of rust. He pulled the car in, lifted it up and he and his coworker (sorry didn’t catch his name) taught us so much about our vehicle and its needs. We were extremely happy with their customer service😊

Responded quickly to my request for an appt. They didn't charge me anything to look at my exhaust system. Mechanic took the extra time to show me the issue and assure me the car was safe to drive until I received a new car. All around great service.

I've always had a good experience with Midas, Park Street ... competitive prices, good work, friendly/polite staff, good communication. On a previous visit to Midas, as a 2nd opinion, the diagnostics performed were able to discover the brake issue I was having, where the first place I took it didn't. I highly recommend this Midas location.

LADIES!!! Please take your car here! All staff members were so incredibly kind and got rid of the all familiar mechanic/car work anxiety. I personally worked with Bob who was able to very quickly identify the issue that was caused by another mechanic, helped me advocate for myself and reassured me, AND got the parts ordered and fixed, all within a week. If you want great service, a respectful and responsive team, and competitive pricing this is the place to go!

I've been coming here for both oil changes and routine maintenance, and I've always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and never make me feel pressured into unnecessary services. The prices are reasonable, the service is efficient, and communication is always clear. I'm a repeat customer and will definitely continue bringing my car here. Highly recommended!
